Shanta {Serenity} Organic Herbal Tea is our handcrafted proprietary blend for stress relief, reducing inflammation, and improving brain and gut health. A great tea to drink in the evening before bed or to de-stress. This tea smells earthy and fruity and has a very pleasant flavor. It contains all organic ingredients.

This loose tea is available in 0.5 oz/ 2.0 oz bags & 1.5 oz container.
- The 0.5-ounce bag is a 3 x 4 inside-space filled bag.
- Can make about 10 cups of tea.
- The 2.0 ounces bag is a 4.5 x 5.5 inside-space filled bag.
- Can make about 40 cups of tea.
- The 1.5 ounces container makes about 30 cups of tea. Scoop included with exact measurement for tea preparation.
Tea Preparation Instructions:
1. Boil water to full boil (212°)
2. Steep 1 TSP of tea in 6-8oz of water.
3. Steep for 5-10 minutes.
4. Enjoy!
For fuller flavor, you can drop loose leaf into boiling water, allow to boil for 1 minute, and turn off stove. Allow for the tea to sit for 10-20 minutes before drinking.
The loose tea can vary in ounces but on average they weight 0.5/2.0 ounces or 1.5 ounces. Some small tea particles may be seen in the water, you can strain the tea again if preferred.
